Shipping / Delivery
Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside of South Africa.
Our courier company will deliver your order to your preferred address. Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00. There are no deliveries on weekends and public holidays.
We want to keep you in the know. As soon as we assign a shipping label to your order, we’ll send you an email with tracking information.
Not to worry, carriers and tracking information sometimes require a little extra patience. Once an order has shipped, tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update. If it’s been over 48 hours without an update, we’ll investigate. Just send us an email at email@example.com
We’re so excited for you to receive your shipment, orders will arrive in 2-7 business days.
While we partly subsidize the cost of delivery, we charge a flat rate of R75 for orders under R450. Customers purchasing products to the value of R450 or more enjoy free delivery of their order.
You can only track an order on our website if you created an account before you ordered. Previous orders do not automatically appear if you register post placing your order. Your order can be tracked by the status emails that we send to you. Check your junk email folders as sometimes our emails end up in there. Couriers and tracking information can be tricky. It’s not uncommon for a shipment to experience some delays or for a carrier to mark an order delivered and not have it arrive until the next day. We want you to receive your order too, so we’re sorry for any trouble this may cause.

Cancels & Returns
We want you to get your order ASAP, so we move fast. Once an order has processed, it can’t be cancelled or changed.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org
Our delivery agents are not authorised to accept goods for return upon delivery of your order. Our customer care consultant will return your email/call within two working days to assist you with the returns process.
Subsequent to the return collection we will provide you with feedback and a replacement product of the same value, within ten working days if:
- the products returned are still within the best before date,
- the products are still in their original packaging
We will carry the cost of returning the products if the reason for returning it relates to quality issues. Please be advised that we reserve the right to charge you a collection charge if the return is not by fault of ours.
We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate your claim that the reason for returning the products relates to quality issues.
We accept all major credit cards & debit cards. Customers can also make use of PayFast to EFT straight from their account into ours.
Additionally our customers can pay with PayFlex and pay for their purchase over 6 weeks, interest free. For more information visit their website.
This is Health Central’s Loyalty Program where you can earn 5 (five) Health Central Reward points for every R100 you spend on products at health-central.co.za (tax & shipping not included).
This means that if you spend R100, you get R5 back – That is a whopping 5% back on all purchases!
1 Loyalty Point = R1
Health Central Points:
- Will be deposited into your Health Central account once the order ships.
- Will expire 12 (twelve) months from the points deposit date.
- Are redeemable without product exclusions towards health-central.co.za purchases.
- Are not redeemable for cash.
- Cannot be used towards the purchase of a Health Central eGift Card.
