Do you deliver to countries outside of South Africa?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside of South Africa.

How are my purchases delivered?

Our courier company will deliver your order to your preferred address. Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00. There are no deliveries on weekends and public holidays.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

We want to keep you in the know. As soon as we assign a shipping label to your order, we’ll send you an email with tracking information.

Why hasn’t my tracking number updated?

Not to worry, carriers and tracking information sometimes require a little extra patience. Once an order has shipped, tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update. If it’s been over 48 hours without an update, we’ll investigate. Just send us an email at

When can I expect my order?

We’re so excited for you to receive your shipment, orders will arrive in 3-5 business days.

How much is shipping?

While we partly subsidize the cost of delivery, we charge a flat rate of R75 In Western Cape & R95 outside Western Cape for orders under R450. Customers purchasing with a total of R450 or more can enjoy free delivery of their orders. Please note: Free Shipping is based of the last total not Total Before Coupons.

Do I have to receive my order in person?

No, whoever is at the selected delivery address can sign for your order and receive it on your behalf.

I can’t seem to track my order on your website.

You can only track an order on our website if you created an account before you ordered. Previous orders do not automatically appear if you register post placing your order. Your order can be tracked by the status emails that we send to you. Check your junk email folders as sometimes our emails end up in there. If you are still struggling, please email us

My tracking says that my order was “delivered” but I never received it.

Couriers and tracking information can be tricky. It’s not uncommon for a shipment to experience some delays or for a carrier to mark an order delivered and not have it arrive until the next day. We want you to receive your order too, so we’re sorry for any trouble this may cause.
